Athabasca University's Faculty of Business and the Canadian Gaming Centre of Excellence (CGCE) have partnered to provide an online Gaming Leadership Certificate Program for professionals in Canada's gaming industry.


Who should enroll
The program is designed to address leadership requirements for both gaming professionals and for gaming organizations wanting to address future leadership needs. Graduates will be well placed to support leadership succession planning in gaming organizations across Canada to ensure stable leadership as the Canadian casino industry continues to flourish.

Achieving the Gaming Leadership Certificate
The program combines four AU Leadership and Management Development (LMD) courses, customized to the gaming industry, and five CGCE courses. The CGCE administers the overall program and grants the Gaming Leadership Certificate to those who successfully complete all courses outlined below.  

STEP 1:  

  • Complete the following LMD courses with Athabasca University
  • To register, use the AU LMD registration form
