Managerial Experience - Definition


Managerial experience is defined as experience managing people, projects and/or budgets, and may include supervisory or professional experience with management-level responsibilities.

Why do I need managerial experience to enter the Executive MBA program?

By definition, an Executive MBA is a master's program for experienced management professionals - those who can immediately relate theory to their own workplace situations, and offer professional insights into the issues other students are dealing with. Peer-to-peer learning and professional networking are an integral part of the program.

Interaction among academics and students is extremely high, and we purposely create new groups within each new course, providing our students with exposure to the broadest number of perspectives and insights.
